Meeting to
Discuss Merger of Swim Club and Biltmore Park
Association
By letter to the Biltmore Park
Association (HOA) dated August 1, 2011, the Biltmore
Park Swim Club (Swim Club) expressed interest in
exploring a merger of the two organizations, including a
transfer of the ownership of Swim Club property into the
HOA. Swim Club Members and HOA members were invited to
participate in an open discussion of this merger
proposal on Tuesday, Sep 6th at the
Biltmore Park Swim Club. See the

were not able to attend the meeting, the following

What's New for 2011
We are looking forward to another successful and fun filled
summer at the pool. The Biltmore Park Swim Club (BPSC) Board of Directors
hopes that you will rejoin the pool this year if you have been a member in the
past.
If you have never been a member, we hope that you will seriously
consider joining us for the 2011 season. The Swim Club (pool and
clubhouse) is a wonderful neighborhood resource. It is a great place to
meet your neighbors, and having a neighborhood pool increases the property value
of all of the homes in Biltmore Park.

Swim Club Rentals - 2011

Our
Pool and Club House are available for rental at the following rates.
Contact us at
Board of Directors
for availability, then print and fill out a
Rental Agreement
and Hold Harmless
Agreement.
Once completed, please email both forms as directed.
Clubhouse
rentals are processed by email only.
Please no phone calls.
As a
reminder, the Swim Club is a separate
legal entity and is not managed by the homeowners association. Please
direct all inquires to the Swim Club Board of Directors only. Thank you.

All clubhouse
rentals are for 4 hours, which includes setup and cleanup time.
Deposit is refundable after inspection of clubhouse within 24 hours
of function. Member rates are for members only - no exceptions.
**For pool
rentals, please provide two week advance notice so additional
lifeguards can be scheduled.
College/Teenage - requires one additional guard at
$18.00/hr.
Additionally for
any college/teen party one adult chaperone per 10 guests is
required.
NOTE: Any event
permitting or serving alcohol increases the lifeguard rate to
$25.00/hr (per guard)
and requires one additional guard.
