The Biltmore Park Association (BPA) membership has formally voted to accept the property transfer offer made by the Biltmore Park Swim Club (BPSC), a private corporation.   In order for the transfer to occur, 51% of the BPA membership (250 votes) had to approve the proposed transaction.   The vote was certified on 7 March 2012 with 272 in favor and 168 opposed.  Effective April 17, 2012 all BPSC assets have been transferred to the Biltmore Park Association: the pool and clubhouse are now Association amenities available to all Biltmore Park residents; and the BPSC Corporation has been dissolved.
